In 2023, Brooklyn Museum opened an exhibit called "Death to the Living, Long Live Trash, featuring art made by artist Duke Riley out of reclaimed plastic waste found in the Brooklyn waterways. This exhibit had a strong message about pollution and environmentalism that deserves to be recognized and received by the public.

solution

Design and fabricate a window display that captures the intention behind Duke Riley’s upcycled art, continuing that mission by drawing on a mannequin as if it were reclaimed trash as well, using his artwork as a reference.

Project completed for Spring 2023 Large Scale Product Presentation course at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
